Clowns of Amway India submit meaningless papers to Vijayawada police

Yet another criminal case was filed against Amway India with the police of Governorpet Police Station in Vijayawada. An activist Mr M B Raju who was induced by an ENT surgeon to become a member of Amway India filed the complaint with the police first. When they refused to take on file, he approached Corporate Frauds Watch which helped him to file a private complaint under Section 190 and 200 of Criminal Procedure Code and the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate directed the police to take the case on file and conduct investigation.
The comic scene began here. The advocates of Amway India rushed from Hyderabad to Vijayawada and told  the police that they could not continue the investigation and file the charge sheet because the Amway India's writ petition was referred to a Larger Bench of Andhra Pradesh High Court. The police who expressed helplessness to go further into investigation approached the Corporate Frauds Watch and showed the writ petition filed by Amway India in the High Court.
Corporate Frauds Watch could not contain laugh after looking at the papers submitted by the clowns to the police.
These papers included the writ petition filed by Amway India challenging the State Government order restraining Amway India from advertising in any media. However, earlier Corporate Frauds Watch filed a writ of Mandamus in the High Court seeking direction to the State Government to implement the order No 178 of 2008. However, the Division Bench which heard the arguments of both the parties referred both the petitions to a larger bench. It has nothing to do with the criminal case and the criminal activities of Amway India.
Corporate Frauds Watch explained the matter to the police much to their relief. Now they are ready to launch investigation into the business model of Amway India in Vijayawada.
The clowns of Amway India, much to the amusement of our Advocates, also filed the copy of the judgement of the Supreme Court of India which upheld the judgement of Andhra Pradesh High Court. It is apt to recall that the AP High Court pronounced the business model of Amway India illegal.
More, the clowns also filed the copy of the Government order No. 178 which restrained the Amway India from advertising in any media.
The highlight in the whole episode is the ignorance of the police officials regarding the papers submitted by the clowns of Amway India. It seems that they are just carried away by the name of the courts on the face of the papers.
